I would restructure all the current NIL contracts and make it performance based.
I would remove their names from the back of the game jerseys.
I would bring in a couple of my spec op friends to help me change the culture. No hands on player rule!!!
I would remove all media, staff, assistants and just keep medical staff at my practices, and I would place a bell
in the gymnasium. I would run the absolute dogshit out of this team until someone rang out or someone puked all over the floor. I would repeat that every single day.
I would meet with every single player one on one and start removing the cancer.
Lastly, I would put the entire team on dorm lockdown with exception of classes, and implement a ZERO guest policy.
