Sports radio guys in ATL ripping on Texas coach Tom Herman for his "childish, mocking display."

Last night in the Iowa-Texas bowl game, the Iowa QB throws a TD to pull within 7 and does a "dance" to celebrate. A series later, he throws an INT and the horn players mock the Iowa QB by impersonating his dance move. No big deal. Let the players play and have fun. A few minutes later, texas scores after the INT and horn coach Tom Herman is shown walking down the sideline mocking the Iowa QB by making the same dance move with his players and directing it toward the Iowa bench.

I get that the players were having fun mocking the Iowa QB's move, but for Herman to do the same shows a lack of class. He should be above that kind of display toward an opponent, especially since it was not disrespectful toward the horns. Herman showed he's an *** by mocking the kid's exuberance about throwing a long TD pass.

I get that uterus is celebrating their first +500 season in four years and that vodka Tom was just showing his boys how to hold up their texsa logo. Mizzou was pathetic most of the game. But for a few costly errors in Q4 they could have prevented that dance...

Iowa sucks but 'found a way' to outscore BC by 1 td

After much thought and inner turmoil I had to be for the whorns last night. I hate texass as much as anyone and had it been against any other team from any other Conference I would have been against the whorns but I hate the sec and its fans more than texass and misery fans think they are a big time sec program now that bama has all those sec titles and national championships, tee hee he

Read on facebook feed, paraphrasing: It was "BLM vs Social justice a-holes". I was pulling for the hapless former cat traitors from the North. After their 'run' in Q3, it was "hands up, don't score"... The Onliest time I ever pulled for the steers was to beat iowa in a bowl some years back & I felt dirty doing it.

I hated both teams equally...but since SEC chest thumping was of note...as shocking as it is I found myself cheering on the Shorthorns. Pitiful Mizzou players blamed it on Heupels bolting to UCF. No it's because you flat out suck...and got fat like a summer time tick on the likes of Missouri State...Idaho...Connecticut and every other sad sac in the woeful SEC East.

I don't know, he's fairly young and his behavior was directed toward (and meant to pump up) his team. I'd give him a pass.

NEWSFLASH - The Horns don't always hire the wrong coach.

At one point, it was directed at the Missouri sideline. I agree, it is one thing if sharing with his own players (though a little juvenile), but when he turned to the opponent sideline, it sure seemed immature-ish.

Takeaways from the 3 recent conference bowl wins: observers from other conferences have to admit that theres a lot of team speed in the Big 12. Defense is actually played. Big 12 quarterbacks are generally head shoulders better than other conferences.,These truths are not universal to all Big 12 teams but the sample size says we are a much better conference than people think
