@Howie Lindsey I thought there was a new direct message feature but couldn't find it, so apologies for the public post.  When I view my account page it confirms that I still have an existing rivals membership (which I have had for years), but I can no longer access any premium content.    I have been on the premium board several times since the switch with no problems, this just started for no apparent reason a day or two ago.    Appreciate any help or insight.   Thanks!
