Good question. Was FSU in 2014 not ranked #2. I can't remember but I do remember that wonderful atmosphere at the game that night, especially when we jumped out to the 21-0 lead.
Penn State was #1 when they played in Louisville in, I think, 1995.
That is true except the year. 1997 #1 Penn St hammered us after Ron Cooper made a spectacle of himself at midfield stoking the troops on natty TV screaming "We are the hammer and they are the nail"!
