I have totally missed any coverage of Ryan Hilinski’s family since he came to NU. While I vaguely remember that the QB at Washington State had died by suicide, I had not made the connection that that was Ryan’s older brother.

It’s good that we’re more comfortable talking about mental health than we ever were before; it’s just a shame that the most effective tool for suicide is so readily available.
