Yeah, our recent history is def. much grander (but isn't e'rything these days?) -yet- since its already happened once before, repeating itself, spiralling the world, out of control, how can't we not learn from all of it?
How all of Europe has allowed both peace and ultimately destruction of it all, over and over and over again. 1914 to 2018 (and before). Just hoping that they have a handle out there...scary & facinating at the sane time.
