Anyone into the card collecting hobby?

I mostly collect Sid and Bonino. I used to collect a lot of Griffey, but only occasionally now.

I also try to pick up a few cards of prominent Penn State players that go pro.

Here's some of my personal collection:

2018 Panini Immaculate Collection #6 Saquon Barkley RC patch (4/8)
2022 Upper Deck SP Authentic Future Watch Jahan Dotson auto (004/299)
2018 Panini Elite Draft Picks Aspirations Cracked Ice (Gold) #105 Saquon Barkley RC (01/10)
2016-17 Upper Deck Trilogy Ice Scripts Marc-Andre Fleury auto
...and my best Sid card:
2008-09 Upper Deck SP Authentic Rookie Review Sidney Crosby auto/patch (014/100)

But none of them graded by PSA?
None of these are graded, no.

I have a lesser Crosby RC that's graded at a PSA-10, a Kobe RC that's a BGS-9, and a few others graded by PSA and Beckett.

I'm not really a fan of PSA, because they can't stand behind their work, and I don't like their aesthetics. I like TAG, so I'm trying to find five cards worthy of sending in to them to get their 1000-point grading. But every time I examine a card, it doesn't meet my personal standard for grading. :(

Was an avid collector as a kid. Have a complete Topps '75 baseball set. And mostly complete '74 set. The '75 set includes Brett and Yount rookie cards. Also have a '73 Schmidt rookie.

Re-entered collecting on the early 90s, unfortunately the Junk Wax era which was way overproduced and worth little. However I know there are some gems to be found there.

I have boxes of stuff that I'll catalog and likely sell when I finally retire.

I have my Batman cards from my early years. I certainly don’t have the collecting gene. I have a lot of fly fishing gear, but it’s intended for use although just by numbers some of it doesn’t see the stream.

Don't really collect but have a bunch from the late 70s early 80s. Football and Baseball cards with some Hockey mixed. Also mixed in are some Happy Days cards, no idea how I acquired them.

Same here. Collected them the hard way. One pack at a time. Unfortunately, that was the era when you actually played with them, so they aren't necessarily collector worthy. I have several years of Jim Palmer, Nolan Ryan, Pete Rose, Brooks Robinson, Henry Aaron, Thurman Munson, Sparky Lyle, Harmon Killebrew, Rod Carew, Ricky Henderson.........

I got decent collection highlighted by 86 Fleer complete basketball set. Lots of baseball going back to early 70s. My son got some of the newer basketball and football cards last 20years.
