Also, is Joe Biden guilt of quid pro quo and extortion? How about “illegally” delaying the payment of vital aid to a key strategic ally?

The problems only rise to high crimes when done by a Republican. Just ask Rob McDonald or DJT. Both will end up cleared but not with out significant cost and personnel attacks by the msm.
