Hotel issues

The people complaining about this should be required to work at a hotel in Lexington on a weekend in October, or a Derby weekend in Louisville. Better have your reservatiosn really far in advance or enjoy paying $1000+ a night at a Hampton Inn.
I thought about traveling to Lexington to see it in person, like I did in 2017, but with no hotels, I decided to stay home and watch on TV. I remember a few years ago my wife and I went to a UK football game and the closest hotel we could find was in Georgetown.
