We got the lot finally cleared. Dealing with the brush and scrap tree removal. Sawing up trees for firewood and gonna burn the brush.
I found out that the County put in a booster pump station at the bottom of my hill for low water pressure. Neighbors told me before the pump they got only around 30psi. Now they are about 60psi. My concern now is for power outages. I had planned on putting in a booster pump system when I bought the land because I was told about the low pressure. But now, with the County booster station, if the power goes out I'm assuming no water will flow. I've gotten used to no power but I hate having no water.
We have made some decisions on the size and style. And are now looking at builders and subcontractors. Fun times ahead.
