How does this get done quickly?

This is crazy. Fly in a seasoned pro from a professional league and immediately put him in the next night’s game …likely with no practice and barely knowing his new teammates names.

CBB truly has become the lawless Wild West.

It’s insane man. It took 4 damn months to get big z eligible but this guy can play in the span of a week essentially

I believe with it now being proven that most guys are getting paid to pay basketball in college, there is nothing that the NCAA is going to try to do. It's over :(
What’s to stop the big tiem teams from going to Europe and filling a need at the halfway point of the season now? Like Kentucky needs a playmaking guard, go to Europe find one and get him before SEC play starts, what’s stopping that from happening?

I'd be afraid to try it, but on the other hand I don't think the NCAA is relevant.

At this point make the NCAA punish you, they don’t have any organization to what they do at all. Let’s go find the next Luka or euro star and get him here

My guess is the coach of that team answered questions from the NCAA in a timely manner and didn't half *** the process.

People want to blame the NCAA for the fiasco last year. And not the lazy paranoid arrogant head of our program. It took Cal like 4 months to get our own university on board, not shocked NCAA had some questions.

And of course the boot licking Kentucky media and our dumber fans fell right in line. "Oh, those admissions people are gumming up the works" when they should've known it Walton watching coach was screwing it up.

I’m on board with calling out calipari with every chance, but the NIL and basketball ops **** isn’t entirely his fault. Our AD is a big part of the blame for being so slow to get on board with NIL, and cal is to blame for alienating himself from everybody who makes decisions.

As much as I dislike ccc, why would he have anything to do with eligibility issues?

The NCAA needs to stop with the commercials talking about student athletes. It is clearly a pay for play league now.
Just read where the punter for UL football team did not play with his team in their bowl game over a late NIL payment. Screw your teammates, just pay me.
What a **** show

Damn punters even cashing checks now days 😲 a few years ago most kickers K/P aren't even on scholarship or didn't used to be anyways, even though we had about 6 the last few years.

Punters are easily replaceable and not important enough to be pulling that ****. If I were Brohm, I’d cut that guy tomorrow.

I’m going to say that NIL has opened a lot of doors now. I look for some old Harlem Globetrotters or some And 1 guys to enroll in college for a season or two for the money.
I think some/many of the players can now go to college for 5-6 years, get good/decent NIL money and make more money in those few years than most people make in their lifetime- as long as I am not paying them (I know tickets will cost more etc) I am good with that
