How in the world is Burkes in the 4 hole?

Under CNM on the first pitch I swear we swing and pop out on more big moments than I have ever seen a team in my life.
I haven't watched them this year but their baseball IQ looks AWFUL and that starts with the riverboat gambling coach. All or nothing it seems with Mangione.
Burkes is UK through and through and has come through in some big moments (drove in two yesterday to make it 4-3 and also delivered the walk off game winner against Ole Miss). Unfortunately, there are more occasions where the result is a disaster (double play to end it in the 9th yesterday, weak first pitch pop out earlier in the game when he came up with bases loaded, etc).

Totally agree. Very hard to watch this team, always some sort of mistake or missed opportunity.
Ming seems to always favor Burkes the past 2 years even when he was struggling. I still don't get it.
Not much choice, Peltier brought in from Kansas State is just a terrible hitter
