One could argue that he changed his philosophy by not calling time out on either of our last two possessions.

I think he should have called timeout with a minute to go, up by 4. Take Nicholson out because Rutgers was likely to foul him (if necessary) and he was 1-6 from the line. Bring in Barnhizer (or Berry).

Most coaches would have called time out after Rutgers made the 3 to take the lead. Our history of calling timeout and running a designed play in those situations is not inspiring, but it isn't good when the coach lacks confidence in our ability to score out of a timeout.

Are you saying don't try to use the shot clock near the end of the game when you have the lead.?

Or is it the players are not executing.

Most of the coaches that would call time out, would do the same thing as far as using the shot clock. Mine did it the other day beating Ohio State. You could hear the coaches thought process as it was the full access game.
