Wait until he gets with our nutrionalist and in the weight room, we can really coach him up then....
LOL; don't forget the comments after signing day, "we filled all of our needs" and "our class rank doesn't really show the talent we signed".
Its money now for sure. The portal is the stock market and the coaches are the buyers playing with investors money. They aren't looking for long term stocks.... no time for that. Every get has to be big now so the buyer looks like they know what they are doing... to attract more investors. If the stock doesnt pan out, it's not the coaches fault because the player was a big time get.
Coaches are the same as highly paid CEOs now and deserve to be held accountable from day one. The days of having patience and sticking with a coach through tough times and waiting for him to build the program are over. When someone is making seven figures every year they need to produce results right away. Coaches are making millions and players are getting millions, there should be very little patience with waiting for winning results.
