Clear sign Brother Freeze has not repented as he leaps back into the cesspool.
You aren't kidding. The good old boys at Auburn want Freeze because they believe he will be glad to play along.
Freeze got in it deep while at Ole Miss.

No one has ever been barred. At best, a gentlemen agreement to stand behind decisions coaches needed to be fired for.

The way Liberty lost at HOME to New Mexico State (!) 49-14 suggests the Liberty players tanked the game.
Me too! It will be another SEC program that re-passes UK in a few years.I used to respect the “War Eagles”. Not so much today. The just became ridiculous. I’m sad about that too. Really am.
I have family in Nebraska and I know that they live football like we have basketball historically. I hope they make a good hire and get back. It’s a big deal there.

If Auburn ain't much as a program than idk what that makes us. At least they won a national title and almost won another this century. They also sometimes win the SEC and at least their division.
Just read this detailing all of Freeze's controversaries. Going to be honest, I didn't know there were that many. Here was the timeline I read. And the stuff with high school girls when he was a HS coach may be the worst of it.

He wouldn’t be there if he hadn’t beaten Alabama in 2014 and 2015. His entire appeal is the trajectory of his career from 2012-2015. Seems like yesterday to me, but it’s an eternity in college football and to high schoolers who were 7-10 years old the last time Freeze moved the needle.
So he beats Bama and once the dust clears, Ole Miss loses 27 of the 39 wins he was part of.
How does this make sense for a guy who broke a code of ethics bigly get any shot at the same job yet again?
Freeze was responsible for his staff's violations at Ole Miss. Wanna guess who was on that staff and was hit with a 2 year show cause? Chris Kiffin, brother of the current Ole Miss coach.

1. Whatever he did to get DJ Metcalf, AJ Brown, Nmedchikeu, Treadwil, Tunsil, etc...even if it was cheating back then, it is no longer cheating.
2. He could win consistently vs. Bama
3. He tends to play a very high scoring offense system
4. Defense is very aggressive and can give up plays....b.ut get tons of negative plays

Least they're trying to win. At kentucky, we try to not suck the most in the conference. That's our goal. And we pay coaches 9 million to do it.
Great hire. Spare me the pearl-clutching given what has always occurred in college football and what's now permitted.
They have also beaten Saban more than anyone else. We got fans here scoffing at that while we are rarely better than 7-5.
