Apparently, Dan Hurley's success seems to have some occultish influence. Dude burns sage, spritzes holy water, and places garlic in various places throughout the arena. He even has a designated spirtual room with some strange items. All this was discussed in a previous 60 mins episode and is highlighted more in the video below. Draw your own conclusions.

Like we didn’t already know the UConn program made a deal with Satan. A 13-1 Final Four record … when you’ve only been the favorite in like 2 of your 8 final fours …is some voodoo level good fortune.

Hurley is just meeting his ritual obligations to the program’s dark overlord.

I will say I definitely don't like that type of stuff even if he was a winner I wouldn't want those beliefs around but truthfully most of the time folks can be practicing these dark arts and most people never know. It is better to know then not to know in this case.

His newest ritual is his best ritual. He wins basketball games the last 4 seasons. 126 wins 27 losses.

I read his book with Ian O’Connor “Never Stop”,the guy is super weird but he’s a great coach and program/culture builder.

Perhaps his best ritual is WINNING at UConn at 72.9%, after starting off rather poorly in his first four (4) years. Since then, he has found a formula.
You mean to imply he had a slow start to build his program? Oh yeah those first 4 years weren’t too good. Would have been fired at UK.

Guess he learned some stuff and changed some stuff and got on track in his 5th year. U Conn stuck with him.

He made a deal with the devil. UConn did and this is what they have to do to please the evil spirts lol. It’s not Holy Water, it’s actually blood! 🩸
