Youre right - Petrino’s butout is way more than the university is getting from being in the ACC or, from adidas.

In fact if those that want to be rid of Bobby would just convince VT that he needs to spend all 16 million of our adidas payout and/or our first payment from the new ESPN deal (August ‘19) to buy his contract out. That is where potentially the money could/can come from. Just talking that’s all. If this does get any worse (and it probably will) there has to be concern about next year’s season ticket sales and the “hit” the athletic department might take. Again just thinking outside the box a little.
