Of all of the OAD teams we’ve had, this one really symbolized #TheBrotherhood. It was unfair we didn’t get to see this team healthy all season. I wish them well and will miss them.

I know it’s tough Duke Nation, but the sun came up which means this is Day 1 of preparing for the next season.

It’s like the ghost of John Wooden keeps standing in the way of K passing him for more Final Fours. I think last year, during the broadcast, they mentioned K passing Wooden for most Final Fours and then Kansas hit the 3 and we lost in overtime. Jim Nantz said it last night when we went up 3 with 1:33 left and MSU came back.

I’m gonna miss this team tremendously! These guys were so fun to watch and they beat some great teams along the way. They have given me some games I will never forget( hanging 118 on uk and beating them by 34, coming back from 23 down to beat Louisville, beating UVA twice and that incredible block by Zion on hunter, winning the 2019 ACC tournament) Wow.. there’s just so many memories it’s hard to name them!

They were fun to watch, that’s for sure. This OAD era has brought in loads of talent but I think leadership is an irreplaceable asset. In 2015 I wouldn’t say Quinn was the 3rd most talented player on the roster, but he was the most valuable. You can have all the talent in the world but freshmen will be freshmen, it’s a whole new level of competition and that leadership provides game management. Energizing when necessary, enforcing positivity, eliminating rushed possessions, etc.

Right now we’re basically recycling talent, we need leadership and I’m ready to eliminate the OAD era.

Yeah all the people counting our top draft picks and blaming K for not winning it all with that talent fail to realize how much MORE difficult it is to win without continuity year to year and no senior leadership.

I still wouldn't change a thing about our approach. Instead of competing for a title once every 4 years, we are competing every year. Not to mention, the number of all-stars we are/will be putting into the league and the visibility landing the world's best high schoolers have given Duke is a whole different dimension. There is an ESPN article today talking about how Duke has greater exposure and branding than half of NBA franchises.

Lots of memorable moments from this TEAM alone. Some teams don’t have that many in a 4-year span!

Love this team. Not sure I remember ever giggling in delight/amazement watching a team more than this one. Their talent and highlights were just amazing and they were 1 point away from going to a Final Four with 3 teams in it that they were 4-0 against for God’s sake.

All these posters wanting to change the programs entire direction or even replacing K with Dawkins are insane. Duke played a bad game and lost by 1 to a team that had multiple prayers answered in shots. Lighten up and trust K. Let’s reload and go for it again next year. I’m already excited for it.

Crazy to think, but last night was the first time we've had everyone healthy since the NC State game. We've missed either Zion, Bolden, White, or Reddish in our previous 12 games. Fun season. For me, the most enjoyable non-FF team since Carrawell's senior year in 2000.

I said in one of the threads last night....this has been my favorite team to watch in some time. I really looking forward to a fun week in Minneapolis with them in the picture. Instead, I'll probably avoid downtown now.

I'm going to miss this team too. It's because they all seemed to play with as much passion for Duke as we do in pulling for Duke. This one hurts more than the previous 2 seasons.

I'm going to miss this team, yeah. But dang, I'm *really* going to miss Zion. Worth every bit of the hype.
