of making silly and ridiculous "predictions". This team is a very good team but they are not great and obviously did not deserve to be in the "playoff discussion". Those discussions were based on one win - a lopsided victory over a fair FSU team. Oh I guess you could throw the comeback at Clemson in the mix. We were out coached, out played and out hustled. If any of us are looking for someone to blame then simply take a look in the mirror. We should have seen this coming with our poor performances vs Duke, UVA and for 2 1/2 quarters vs WF. I give full credit to Houston's coaching staff and players. They saw our weakness (offensive line) and took more than full advantage as they humiliated those guys. I've been as negative as I'm going to be since these are college kids, but if these kids don't rebound . . . the uahkay game has to come into question. The sun has come up this morning and I will still be as thankful this coming Thursday as I would have been if we had won the game since I have a wonderful family and friends, not to mention reasonably good health.

I disagree with you, sort of. This team has a definite "A" game and a definite "D" game. Can't have a "D" game against Houston (who looked like a CFP team last night).

Ed Oliver - BEAST.

Fairly sure the kid's last name is Oliver. He is a true frosh and yes, he is a beast of a player. He's a Defensive Tackle with Linebacker speed and skills. A very talented player. Barring injury, he WILL play on Sundays.

haha you're right. Oliver Reed was an actor who performed as "the lover" in the movie "The Who's Tommy."

This tweet made me LOL:

It's gotta be weird to draw up your offense around every series starting with 1st and 15 but that's why they pay Petrino the big bucks
