I know you are! Frustration from caring a lot causes it. Not mean spirited just want better for UK football. You're back in the UK saddle. You are a good fan. Frankly, I scratched my head at some coaching moves over the last couple seasons but this one made up for them. I embraced the walk to my car after the game. The language and taunts just made me smile. Just told them to drive carefully and thanks for coming. The resulting looks made me laugh.
No need for crow eating by anyone, it is just nice that everyone can be united and confident about the direction of the program. Today was a big moment in UK football history that every fan deserved for the past six years regardless if they had been optimistic or pessimistic during that time.
No need in giving you a hard time. You are a UK fan who wanted better for his team. Some people have different views on what gets you there. You expressed yours and it turned out to be different. I appreciate your passion for the CATS!!
Guys, Let's face it, there were some bad calls made by Coach Stoops the last three years. The game was just moving to fast for him, and I think he was like a lot of people who had just been given a new job, and was the head guy in charge. He wanted to micro-manage everything, so it would run correctly.
I always thought he would catch up, and when he got who he wanted and trusted as OC, things changed. I still feel a new coach needs 5 years to prove himself, if he's showing progress, and Coach Stoops and his Staff, have.
Next year should be a very good year, our recruiting should improve, we have our running backs, and our QB looks very good. Overall, I think we are looking very good for 2017.
