I would suggest that you email

[email protected]

and put the question to them. I've only been around these environs for two days, and haven't learned all the issues, fixes, etc.

Just be sure to be clear as to the steps you've followed, and the messages you are getting.

No, I transferred out of PSU before I got kicked out.

I too had a similar issue with The Den. I simply closed my browser and relaunched, it magically worked from there.
