Starting to remind of 1976-1979 Cignetti era.

Extension last year or not Neal needs to have his *** scorching hot with flames on verge of firing. Take the money loss and eat it.

My thoughts exactly. I've been willing to give Brown the benefit of the doubt, but after watching this goat rodeo in the first half, he's lost me. If won't get any easier after today.

Texas Tech certainly seems to have his number. Reminds me back in the day of USF... They are def not playing well, you cant always rely on one side of the ball. Sometimes your Def just wont show up and your offense needs to produce.

My biggest issue:

Doege is extremely limited. Not accurate beyond 20 yrds, not good pocket awareness, not mobile, and always seems to make a really stupid decision at least 1-4 times per game.

This allows opposing Defenses to pin their ears back and focus on Leddie. They simply dont respect Doeges arm or mobility.

Greene at least puts defenses in a position to choose, which helps create opportunities for Leddie. Greene should be the starter and given a very long leash. Doege is NOT THE FUTURE..... Greene could be, or it could be Crowder or Nicco, so at least build for the future.

I can accept a rookie limitation(reading coverages), or rookie growing pains, if it helps increase the upside for next year. The way Brown is deploying these QBs, Greene will still have a sharp learning curve next year.

Put him in and move on, move forward.....

The Tech players were playing for their coaches jobs and had more than enough motivation to show up and play

For WVU was hard to get them on that level. They finally matched it. Take a touchdown away early and things change.

If this game ended up 38-7 or something I would agree
Team fought back

This guy is out of his element let’s just be honest. Beau eligible would be a miracle at this point. I don’t see 4 more wins on this schedule

The worst part of this team and season is knowing what SHOULD, not could, be.

This roster has the horses to be undefeated. This isn't 2015 when Baylor or KSU comes to Morgantown and from the first snap you know it's going to be a long game. There's a big difference between being hard to watch vs a particular opponent, and being FRUSTRATING to watch. WVU has been frustrating for years.

Early in kneel's tenure, I expected us not to lose games that we shouldn't lose, lose those we're expected to lose, and maybe steal one.

It's now become the complete opposite. Any win WVU gets will be IN SPITE of kneel. Even in WV, high schools aren't held back by good ole boy hires. Maybe middle school.

But our biggest football program and draw in the state (BY FAR) is being complete held back by the ineptitude of its coach. This should only be seen in Saturday morning sub-10 year old basketball leagues.

Greene is not stable, with his play or his emotions. I'd rather not have to put up with that.

Brown is bringing in recruiting classes West Virginia has never had before. The question is will he develop that talent, and coach them to their potential?

The new Big 12 is gonna be open for somebody to take the crown from Oklahoma.

Clown show of personel changes, wasting time outs because plays are not getting in. Our own motion causing penalties and confusion for our guys as much as the defense, bad play calling in scoring position, horrible clock management are not lack of talent. That's lack of execution and preparation which is irrelevant of talent on the field. I'm stoked about the recruiting class, but a staff that is incompetent with a 2-3 star roster will be incompetent with a 3-4 star roster.

Sadly I dont think we could beat any of the incoming B12 teams right now. I think we can beat Kansas, but every other game we play is a total crapshoot and we will probably be the underdog in all of them.

We are not a good team, despite having a good defense. Overall this team is way worse than it should be right now despite how many stars the kids had in high school. Slaton and White were both 3 star recruits. But they had a coach who had a plan and knew how to use them. Brown hasnt shown jack ****. He cant even get the right personnel on the field. Dude has the worse game and clock management we've see in a long time. He really looks in over his head.

Not sold on any wins until I actually see it happen. As far as I'm concerned it's 2-10 until they show me a win.
