Welcome to the cult! No simple answer to your question as there are many many options for eggccessories. But probably key is learning to manage your temps. You can fine tune your egg to within a couple of degrees but it's best to do that before you start adding in the food...especially for long "low and slow" cooks. Holler any time you have questions!
