It's not just wins and losses and schedule strength, the formula also includes computer efficiency rankings. Despite their record, OSU is ranked #17 in Kenpom's AdjO and #94 in AdjD, which pulls them up the rankings. (They're actually #40 Kenpom while we're #51.)
