Go to settings. Tap onto ring tones. Then hit upload. It will take you to your downloads. Tap onto fight song, then upload it. Easy peasy

You can buy it in the iTunes Store otherwise you have to use iTunes on a computer to convert an MP3 to M4R

I figured you'd be able to take care of it for the OP, considering your generosity in the past. Don't you just need his/her Apple ID and password plus a credit card #?
