who cares ? if we have come all this way to lose to WVU or ND we don't belong . Simple as that . Not this team though . Can you imagine Towns and Lyles against this ND ( lack of) interior D? it would be nasty.

Agree. Perimeter defense will be key (assuming we dispatch wvu tonight)

ND is the one team in our region I wanted to avoid. They can shoot over our height. UK needs to put WVU away and get to bed at a decent hour.

Irish were very impressive tonight, no quirky remarks can change the obvious. They are a legit FF contender, we must 1st take care of business tonight before preping for the Irish.
If it is UK and ND on Saturday, it should be a very entertaining game, classic D versus O game !

WSU is pretty small which does help a lot with ND's play making. And, they don't really close out or stay with the perimeter shooters. I lost track of how many open 3s I saw going up.

ND;s spacing and passing is very good. Ran some very good sets. I think we beat if (when) we play them this weekend, but we'll have to bring our defense. But I think our overall game and height will be the difference maker.

People get too impressed when a team makes shots for a game , if their shots aren't falling the next game what do they rely on to win ? They can't do anything that ole miss didn't do in Rupp and that is the best case scenario that ended in a loss for the opponent . They are one dimensional and we are a bad match up for them .

Yes, but the key match up would be UK's O vs. ND's D.

I would suggest they have not played a team as long and athletic as UK all year, and, should UK be fortunate to play them on Saturday, they may try shooting over UK, but I suspect the chore will slightly more difficult.

I give ND credit, but agree WS got so spread on D it was open shots.
