I renewed my subscription 2 days ago. Why

Do me a favor please - send an email to [email protected] saying your name, your username, and that your subscription renewed as a national subscription instead of to Blue White Illustrated as you intend, and ask them to make that change.

If they're unresponsive or we can't get it resolved that way (I'd do it for you but they ask the subscriber themselves to make the request when this happens) then email me at [email protected]. We'll get it fixed.

Just got a response from on.3 and I’m good to go. I don’t know if this was their reply to my email or a response to yours. If it was your doing, thanks loads.

Same thing happened to me and I had to email them. They got back to me quickly and were very easy to deal with.
