From the middle of MSU country. Maybe the beatdown was an unconsciously positive experience. (Also, “dang, they’ll never be a football school if they’re capable of that.”)

For my own sake, I’ll assume it was *the* deciding factor, and will consequently feel a wee bit better about that disaster.
