I'm done with this team but I just can't. I've been a diehard fan for years and I just can't give up but I'm tired. I'm tired of wasting my Saturdays every weekend off work watching this garbage. I love football and football season more than anybody I just wish we could field a team worth a crap who could win some key games. Maybe win a game we ain't supposed to win. I just wish something could get me excited again. It's just frustrating. Anybody feel the same way?

- Man, wasn't the middle of the first half something to see? I hope they an regain that form, it is possible, but probably difficult without any fan support.
of course. I love Kentucky football. Been going to games for the last 25 years and had it bread into me almost through family playing there and going to school there. Mumme's couple good years, Guy Mo's one good year, and Brooks end run were more fun for me than any good year the basketball team ever had. Not ever getting a 9-10 win season under Brooks really hurt though, We always missed the mark by an inch. I believe that UK can and will at some point be a winner I think. Teams like Baylor, UL, Texas Tech, Oregon, Kansas, Wake Forrest, Utah, Missouri, all have played in BCS games and won their power 5 conference. Im I saying that UK is going to hit that level? No, of course not. With the right coach though we can be a perennial bowl team and win more than we lose. Maybe have a crazy year and win 10 games. I don't think anyone wants more than that.
I'll keep watching...but my expectations are rock bottom. Maybe if we all just expected a bust of a season, we could enjoy it more when/if we do pull an upset. I do think our offense is better...Gran is an upgrade over Dawson. I think Barker has talent and our skill players are good. I think if our fan base mails it in and doesn't go to games and support the team, that will make it even more difficult to attract a quality coach.
I can't think of any team in college football that has had the fan support that UK has had.
Please don't blame the lack of success on the UK fans.
How about the team support the fans and WIN.
