I'm still holding on hope that SMU wins and the committee still puts TU in. Most likely won't happen but I'm hoping

Not impossible. Stranger things have happened.

My best bet is an NIT 1 seed if SMU wins or NIT 2 seed if UCONN wins.

Doesn't matter, both teams could win multiple games in the tourney, as could TU, if they played VCU or Dayton or BOSIE or Colorado state, etc, there are so many match up issues, that the American offers

UConn just really doesn't deserve to be a tournament team IMO.

And if there's any chance they knock another AAC team out...go Ponies.

I've seen Bill Self run that same back screen for Coley a dozen times. Larry Brown uses it the same. UCONN had no clue.

Uconn doesn't have enough gas in the tank to come back in the second half.

I have a bad feeling the American will only get 2 teams into the NCAA. Temple will be one of the first 4 and will get a top seed in the NIT. After the top 4 NIT seedlings, I don't think there is a set format. Just a gut feeling; we will get screwed over and get a 3 seed in the NIT. Uconn will also get a 3 seed and Memphis will be out.

Lunardi has UCONN as first 4 out. Talk about bias! Let's hope the committee is more objective and really considers the whole body of work. If UCONN got a 1 seed NIT and Temple made the NCAA I will be protesting in the street.

I think he has them as next out? But not next FOUR since that would require acknowledging Tulsa.

We weren't even LISTED on the conference graphic. Come on.

Lunardi is really pressing this BPI garbage. It's a case study in ESPN's lack of journalistic integrity. Even when they try to be objective, they screw it all up.
