As bad as some would want to,see that game I think it would be ugly. Like the texas game. Defensive battle with not much offense

Who knows. Our play as of lately has been suspect. Think the boys would get up for this and win by 6

U.K. -2.5.

This assumes that you meant to say "in Charlotte" (as in North Carolina) which would be a neutral floor, and not "in Charlottesville" (as in Virginia) which would be a home game for U.Va.

At Charlottesville I'd guess the spread at U.K. +1.0.

Not saying we couldn't win, but right now I am just no confident in our offense, especially given how good Virginia's defense is.

Wow, we've gone from beating the 76ers to wondering if we can beat that little team in Virginia.

Charlotte? It would be a neutral court beatdown.

Charlottesville? Win in 3OT by 10.

Kentucky would actually be ready for that game because it would be against the #2 team in the country.

Believe it or not, but Kentucky's young players try hard in games that matter. That's been the problem the last two games - effort.

If they played tomorrow, I would expect UVA to win. I've watched a bunch of their games and they are playing better basketball than we are right now.

I wrote an article for a national sports website a few weeks ago that tries to answer this very question. A few things have changed since the article's publication but I think you all would enjoy this read. It is a very fair examination of a potential matchup between college basketball's last two unbeaten teams. I am a UVA graduate who has lived in Lexington for the past 22 years so I feel like I have as good a perspective on this potential matchup as anyone. Read it and see what you think.

Is Virginia UK's Kryptonite?
