In the history of sports around the world, whose career would have been most ideal to you?

Soccer, F1, tennis, NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL, golf, etc. all on the table

I'd go with David Beckham. He was good, won championships, got a supermodel wife, and had a pop culture crossover. F1's Michael Schumacher would be a close second.

Let me be clear, avid lifelong Steeler fan, can't stand Pats or Brady...

But it would be hard to find a career that would present more opportunities...I would just have to beat myself with a strap every morning to feel ok with it....

7 rings, supermodel wife, aack, aack, goat legacy...

I would do my best to shoulder that weight.

Pedro Martinez, dude was one of the nastiest pitchers in baseball and at his peak almost no one could hit against him.

I learned what little I know about pitching from him and seeing his highlights on Baseball Tonight where they would go through how he held each pitch.
