I'm going to give it up to CTOkie for being the smartest guy here.

I haven't seen CT post in awhile? A few others that need to get back on: BCS, Roy G, J Mis, Bighairydude and Absolute.

I kind of figured some of these guy's would starting posting more once the season started.

And what happened to Lay the Woody?

We're all getting drunk on the spiked Kool-Aid. CT hasn't even had a sip yet.

;)
Nope. Plaino is.

He can spot a Horn fan masquerading as a Sooner from a distance of 100 yards. Some claim even longer. In fact, he touts his gift for clairvoyance frequently here. I, myself, thinks he dabbles in sorcery.

Sherlock Plaino.

I have been in Maine this week as I am every September....I even ran into an OU fan in Bar Harbor.
Always have been and will be an OU follower, but I have found late in life that there are more important things in life...which actually makes the games more enjoyable for me, strange as that may sound.

Man, I'll bet you still have Rock Lobster breath. Good for you.
Go to the source for the most succulent, tasty lobster in the world.

Yep, one must be measured in their indulgences. A little of this, a little of that.
It's all part of the mosaic that is life.

(sometimes I make myself want to puke)

Baa Haa Baa is one of the greatest places I've ever stayed. The Bay of Fundy is amazing. Spent some time around Portland too. The food is outstanding. Maine is gorgeous. My favorite memories are exploring the tidal pools for ocean critters.

I first visited Maine in 1976 while living in Houston. During that visit I made a wish to someday live near Maine, particularly the Bar Harbor area around Cadillac Mountain, 50 miles east of Bangor. Moving to Connecticut in 1986, I put myself 382 miles from that area. We have already reserved the same room (corner unit, 2nd floor, at the Bar Harbor Inn overlooking the ocean for September 2016). Going after Labor Day has fewer visitors (especially younger ones), good weather and everything is open until at least October 31st. We go every year and I never get tired of it. It's heaven on earth to me, especially in the out-of-the-way places in the area.
Here in Portland, Connecticut, I live exactly half way between NYC (I never drive and always take the Metro North train) and Boston, 220 miles from Cooperstown, 340 miles from Gettysburg and Washington DC, 50 miles from Mystic and 2 hours from Newport....but in the winter I hibernate with my better half, my Beagle and UConn women's basketball.
I'm a real exciting person.
