As MES notes above, you have to click REPLY to quote a post. Don’t click QUOTE as it doesn’t work.

Sure it does. You just have to know how to use it.

I believe if you "Reply" it quotes the one post.

You can click "+Quote" and it will keep up with several, then when you compile a post you can attach as many as you want.

You have to select the "Insert Quotes" button beside the "Attach files" button. It's actually in dark black for me, so it's a little hard to see.
