they should be nervous. I mean, most WVU fans are realistic and know our chances of winning this game are not great. With that said, we are a very good basketball team and UK fans know it deep down. Add to that the success Huggins has had over Calipari and that makes for some very nervous energy. One commentator said we are like Cincy on steroids. That is a fair assessment I think and it was obvious to most that Cincy had a good game plan. They just didn't have the muscle, the firepower down the stretch. They needed some steroids. The pressure is all on the other side.
All the pressure is on them.
Outside of this state NO ONE expects us to win. This is a game I can see us losing by 30 or winning by 3. It just depends on whether we can sustain some of their spurts. Get knocked down & keep coming back. You know it's going to happen several times in this game. So do we fold like we did against Texas in Austin or Baylor all 3 times or Iowa State in Ames, or do we keep fighting like we did against KU in Morgantown. Make no mistake this is BY FAR the best team we've played this year. Only time will tell, but it might be the most talented team we've ever faced.
