After that backbreaking schedule Iowa played, I was sure they would kill this mediocre Stanford team that couldn't beat Northwestern.

Honestly, I can't figure out why people thought Iowa could hang with Stanford. This start does not surprise me at all. Iowa won games this year by playing a weak schedule and not beating themselves. They are overmatched against Stanford.

The two best teams in the nation weren't included in the CFB Playoff: Stanford & tOSU. I expected Iowa to lose to Stanford by a few scores, but not to look this bad.

The best team in the country will be hoisting another trophy when they take down Clemson. Get outta here with that junk. Ohio St couldn't even get through the Big this year.

I'm thoroughly enjoying this butt pounding. A team like Iowa will never win anything of significance because they can't handle success.

I cleaned out a cabinet in my garage, then tuned in mid-second quarter when I figured things would just be getting interesting. 35-0, wow. Oh well, I still have two more to clean out before the Sugar Bowl.

Odd offensive calls by Stanford at the end of the half. Must be feeling sorry for poor Iowa.

And if we played like a real team especially at the most important position on offense they would be 0-3.

I hope Tommy learned something from the UCLA game. If Tommy would of made the medium throws against Iowa it would of been a double digit win.

I haven't seen anyone blame the refs like they did during that epic MSU-Bama game, so let me help. Iowa would be winning this game if not for the refs.

OSU's loss wasn't as bad as Alabama's was. OSU also beat the brakes off of Bama last year. What makes you think this year would've been any different?

I hope Riley and langsdorf learned something from the UCLA game. And no it would not have been. Man your delusion gets really old. You should have learned something for the Iowa game and your crazy *** posting, but obviously not.

Yeah, and it played out ONE game later with Tommy. I understand some of you want to trash the program and instill doubt at every turn. But the medium throws have been there all year. Anyone with a competent knowledge of football without an agenda could see it. The team had to get it's head right this season before they could play like they were capable of. Some players took longer then others. But one thing is constant. And it's this. Iowa is a garbage team...always has been and always will be.

You are the worst poster on this board. Iowa beat Nebraska this season and your what ifs and player bashing won't change it. It's amazing you can't hold coaches to the same standard as players, and I honestly believe crack would improve your mental condition. Bashing the players is trashing the program. You know what else is trashing the program? Going 6-7 and losing to Illinois, Purdue, and that Iowa team you thInk sucks. Honesty isn't trashing, it's truth. Something you haven't spoken this entire year on this board.
You do have faith, I'll give you that.

Both are garbage teams. Iowa just has a calm Bo Pelini roaming the sidelines. Every few years captian kirk gets a veteran team that plays decent. And all the Hawkeye fans start acting the fool. Till they get ***** slapped back to reality. Purdue played a Nebraska team on the verge of implosion. But go ahead and make your point...

Are you kidding me. I'm one of the most straight forward no BS posters on this board. I have a hard time surgarcoating the bad news and doing the "nothing to see here posts". And if i see good things i'll shout it from the mountain tops.

Well, thank you for your permission. Like you...I call it with no BS.

I'm seriously debating about just posting on RSS. There are a lot of people over there that get it. I hardly have to post cause others make my points before i even have to type a letter.

Agree. RedRover loves the kool-aid. If the rabbit wouldn't have stopped the dog wouldn't have caught it. I think he thinks because the ave lost was by xyz then we're close. This board has astericks with every loss but the wins are all correct. It gets so old. It's like the UCLA game is a trend. We have 19 Jr and Sr. that's started. Maybe they just fig it out ir we can admit we are depleted of talent of the top 20 teams.

Maybe about Stanford. But Stanford doesn't have a top D this year or a great down field passing attack but they are solid all around with maybe the best player in the game and a dominant OL.

Ohio State simply came up small when they played their biggest game of the year. **** happens.

iowa will be 0-2 against real teams.

so beating Nebraska in Lincoln was not a win against a real team? Nice back handed swipe at the team you root for!

beating Wisconsin in Madison was not a win against a real team?

beating Northwestern at Evanston was not a win against a real team?
