'Florida is an awful place to play, the fans are nasty, they're crazy, they say things that you would never think anybody would say to a 20 year old kid...and then when you do something like that (his monster dunk) it like shuts the whole place down, and they're like, "Well, we can't cheer no more" and then it's pretty much over.'

Let's just say I hope a fault line develops along south Georgia and south Alabama and then something called an earthquake happens and suddenly Florida isn't there anymore. F the Gators!

I still remember one of them saying "Keith Bogans, I hope you get brain caner and die." They are a real classy bunch. That's why I never, ever have pity for them. They will absolutely never stop ranting about how rude we are and how they are total gentlemen, though.

That is why I'm always amazed at people here who would root for that program because they're in the SEC. They are easily among the worst fans in the conference.

I hate the slimey gators and their fans,Donovan is a piece of dung just like his daddy pitino,they released Eric Bledsoes High School Transcripts Illegally all out of hate over recruiting,.

In 2003 and many other years the spit on our players and fans,say reprehensible things that no normal person would say,and after getting beat by Kentucky,when Bogans jumped on the scorers table and held the Kentucky name at the scum in the stands ,they acted like he was classless.

I hope they rot in hell and never win another game,fans are as bad as Louisville and Coaches are classless trash.

Doesn't excuse it but you gotta remember a lot of those folks are from the north who have retired and moved down. Most home grown southerners are good people. Those folks that have spent most of their life up North haven't got any judgement.

There are two Floridas. Gators are mostly north and central Florida. The obnoxious fans here are not Yankee transplants, not retirees.. Those folk tend to the south, and Tampa side. They support USF and Miami, or the schools from their home town. I have never met a transplant that adopted UF.

The Gator vomit referenced in these posts are Florida born and bred. Mullets and jorks, one dollar flip-flops. Kinda like Tennessee fans with no shoes. A case of cheap beer and a Florida basketball ticket only costs 20 bucks (except when UK is in town, then the wife has to pull an extra shift in Micanopy).

Remember that Jerry Springer gets his guests primarily from Southern trailer parks. So much for good Southern judgement,

I went to the 2013 Regional Final at Cowboys Stadium (Jerry World) between Michigan and Florida. I wore a blue UK shirt that said "BEAT THE GATORS". A couple of Gator fans tried to give me hell about the shirt, and I just said "We're a national program, conference affiliation doesn't mean anything to me."

So those of you who want other SEC schools to get better so the conference can be stronger............

An example of what other teams think about Kentucky.....Georgia fans should definitely be included here.

I agree. Georgia is just as bad or worse than Florida. All of the SEC schools are talking super crap about us right now and we are cheering for them to do good.

Both teams worse fans come from the same place. That part of the world is called Fleorgia. You could move the state markers 50 miles either way and no one would notice. Or care.

Which why southern Florida is petitioning for new statehood for Orlando and everything south. No kidding.
