Obviously we did not play well versus UCLA but obviously we have prepared for Northwestern who is obviously a good team and obviously has excellent coaches.

Yes, it is an old Rutsgers cheer. I use to live in Piscataway and one time I wonder over to New Brunswick and the RU bookstore and picked up a media guide. It had all these tidbits.
Did you know Rutgers mascot was once the chanticleer (a rooster).
When I was stationed in Scotland I went to the Edinburgh military tattoo and one of the acts was a Rutgers drill team. The Scottish emcee referred to the school as "Queens College Rutgers". (Rutgers was originally Queens College).
