Those vile loons were on Cal’s Facebook page for a week before we went up there in 2011 calling Cal everything but a human being. They can jump in a lake.

Not bad? I attended that game with my wife. After the game in the parking lot we were harassed and beer thrown on us. Never had anything like that happen before. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

This is terrible. You’ll never see UK fans or students acting this way in Rupp. Never. Our students started chanting “cheater” once to Bruce Pearl and Cal yelled and put an end to that immediately.
If it was this bad at the beginning of the game I can’t imagine what that guy in blue went through.

I know people with UK who were there and heard the racial slurs and curses being thrown at UK players and their families, especially one who was from Indiana. Cal was beside himself. It’s amazing that he had the self control to not start throwing punches.
Just proves that being an IU fan and thinking don’t compute.

As hard as it is to believe, here is that POS demigod they worship, Bobby Knight, chastising IU fans for throwing bottles on the court.

Indiana fans have and will always have that smart-*** bobby knight attitude. They still worship knight and try to act like him. There is a reason Cal won't play them. I hope we ever play them again.

Their view is changing as they become more desperate to play UK. Anything to have a shot at big brother! Let em be irrelevant.

I grew up in Kentucky and lived part of my life in Indiana. I would rather see us play any team other than IU and that includes playing at Duke or at KU yearly. I'm really tired of people bringing that series up. Let it go, there is absolutely nothing entertaining or good that comes from playing them, IMO.
Reminds me of the following joke: A Hoosier and a Ky man were arguing over which state was the best. The Hoosier spouted the following poem. "here's to the American Eagle a great and mighty bird, over Indiana he spread his great wings, over Kentucky he dropped a big turd." The Ky man was quick to respond, " Here's to Kentucky it's soil so firm and rich, we need no turds from your dern bird you hoosier Son-of-a B-----."
I remember every year they were in the tournament that the media swarmed Knight. They knew he would be good for a trashy comment, especially when they lost. He was bad, but nowhere near the level of the fan base.
IU doesn't bring anything to the table IMO.
