Yeah, that was a bad mistake, but Mahomes poor 1st half was a bigger reason as to why they lost. Damien Williams should have had 4 touchdowns today.
The thing is that perhaps the Patriot defense had something to do with Mahomes bad first half. But they had absolutely nothing to do with that dumbass lining up offsides
Of course they had something to do with it, but he missed badly on several passes, including a wide open touchdown when he did have time to throw. It took him a long time to settle down.
So what ! Sometimes great passers are off. Which is harder? Throwing a pass accurately or LINING up on sides. If he does the simplest, most basic fundamental by lining up onsides, the Chiefs win. Just my opinion but the lining up off sides was the reason the chiefs lost more so than Mahomes bad first half.
We know that all too well as Sooner fans. Get those basics fixed on both sides of the line pronto. Hurts coming will be a great blessing to our systems
