How is it that insurance companies are still functioning in the 1980's? What do you mean I can't email you a scanned copy of the claim/receipt? You want me to mail it to you, or try your new technology called a fax, seriously!
Or is this just their way of making us jump through hoops, hoping we'll give up on trying to get our reimbursement.

USAA (if you are ex or current military) is great. On fhe other end of the spectrum is Liberty Mutual. I wouldn't do business with that bunch of claim shorting jackasses again no matter what.

Do your little toes curl up when you think of him fondly? I think you were rubbing your chest when you posted that. Looking wistfully into the distance while smelling a flower on your desk. Twirling it softly then looking down at what you've posted. That day you two rode horses on the beach together was special. He called you "Robert" and you loved him unconditionally.

Have you not been watching the flood of Liberty Mutual ads on TV recently?

I'm convinced that insurance companies play incompetent and antiquated to somehow get out of paying settlements. No industry can be that dumb and outdated and basically print money.

for a year I worked at Xerox. I was a call center representative for Metlife dental insurance. I promise you an 8 year old could run that project better

I have Nationwide. Seems good to me. I haven't had file a claim yet on my car or renter's insurance, but my parents have filed car and homeowner's insurance claims and everything has gone pretty smoothly. But health insurance, they are all crooks.

Some documents has to have the "original" signature, not a scanned, faxed, or copied signature. Insurance companies are scared to death of juries.
