Interesting that our run defense was tenth OR WORSE in the SEC all of those bowl years, and wasn't there only 12 teams in the SEC then?

Very interesting, and yes, only 12 teams in the SEC.
If we maximize our offensive potential this season, have even an average run defense, paired with our incredibly talented defensive backfield, I think we could have a much bigger season than many think.
It's not a massive stretch, really.
