No more Big 12 so the Pac gets a raise.
You must hate wvu more than i thought. You are always hoping the big12 fails...which would destroy wvu's p5 status. Fact is Big 12 is waiting for pac to set the marker for them. Once that is settled and the expansion issue is resolved look for conference to add Boise st and Memphis in 2025 at contract time. If 16 it will also include smu and usf. The conference is in a good spot. Now go back to hating wvu.

So where is the storyline at with Pac 12 teams leaving? Has that lost steam? Also, I like the additions of Boise St and Memphis, but do not want SMU and USF.

USF might be a sleeping giant, as the school is huge and located in a large Florida city, just like UCF.

Both are . Ucf is in orlando and usf in Tampa. Interestingly i live within easy driving of both. Looking forward to seeing Mountaineers down here.

Pac 12 teams aren't going anywhere. In the beginnings of media renegotiations for 2024. Boise and san diego state would like in there. Usf would bring growing Tampa market...allow big 12 teams a game per year in Florida...and provide a big rivalry game to ESPN. Smu paired with tcu solidify the dallas ft worth markets and the texas base. Tcu vs. Smu is another rivalry game.

The only experience I’ve had with USF is the two games I attended when Pitt played them. Both games had less than 23,000 people and the one game both Pitt and USF were solid Top 25 teams. USF got into the Top 5 early that year and that was a solid Shady McCoy Pitt team.
