Well, the idea before the election was Trump saying that the only way he could lose was if it was rigged, with no basis to state something like that whatsoever ........ of course unless he knew it could be rigged because he knew the Russians were doing it.

After the elections the stories came out about Russian involvement to get Trump elected ... but even with that, the elections weren't "rigged", voters were just influenced by what was released.
