Brohm had a 2-year "no compete" clause in his WKU contract with any other Kentucky university. So, if he does have aspirations of someday returning to The Ville he had to get out of Bowling Green eventually.

That was his current contract. WKU eventually had no hope of retaining him with unreasonable restrictions.

A mental inquest would have been in order had LPT been involved.
