Agree completely. Runner didn't veer into fair to touch base but was fair the entire way - as was the thrown ball & 1Bman's glove. Batter-runner can run wherever till a play is being made & then must be in marked, foul baseline to avoid interference call. That never happened. Runner interfered before he ever got to 1B.

Agree. He stayed to the left of the foul line, in fair territory the entire time he ran.

Wasn't sure, but did not matter in the long run, except to Martinez' cardiologist!! :smiley:

Weird how close this series has been, 3-3 in games, and 30-27 in total runs, but only one game (the first) has been decided by <3 runs. All blowouts + visiting team has won all six games which had never happened before in any sport with a 7 game playoff.
