The first rule of weightlifting. Control the weight.

The second rule of weightlifting. Full range of motion.

TnT, Screw that sh**. We do uncontrolled partial reps.

I do like Arnold's and Keuter's "curl jerks".

No offense, but we used to do pushups from that inverted position when I wrestled in college.

Didn’t want to spend a bunch of cash on this position. Need the cheddar for poaching.
Guy does maintenance at one of my many properties and has S&C(Sheetrock & Caulking)experience. I knock a $100/month off his rent.

I could (at their age) knock out 24 without training for them. Good sprinters would give those guys a run for their money. Admittedly a whole different game.

Wally Morrell was the 165 pound district 6 and NW regional champ in 1970 from Indiana HS. He would enter the stage at the Jaffa Mosque walking on his hands, climb down the stairs, out onto the mat and do 10 handstand push-ups to begin his warm-up.

I remember watching Wally doing that. Very impressive. Went to Pitt, and I know he wrestled Villeco a couple of times, and if I recall correctly, Andy Matter too.

I am not old enough to member him wrestling in college, but I do remember him entering the arena in what was a very dramatic manner. I remember him being pretty good.

Not a wrestler, but York Barbell legend John Grimek walked on his hands the whole way down the stairs of the Washington Monument!
