Is anyone having trouble accessing mobile tickets?

When I try to access my tickets on my phone, it takes me to the Ticketmaster website. The only option that gives me is to transfer or sell them, not view them or load them on Apple Wallet. When I log into the Ticketmaster app using my U of L ID and password it says I have no tickets available. I tried to call the ticket office and it is only a voicemail with no way to reach a live person. I did text them but haven't heard back.

Ok. Don’t know if this is right or will work but it’s all I could figure out:

1. go to your ticket(s) and click “add to wallet” (on iPhone)
2. The d-load bar should start scrolling. It then asks “automatic or select”. I chose automatic
3. Click done

Go to your wallet and it will show the “event” (EKU game)
Click on it and your tickets should appear when you scroll through them. There is a small “signal
As you go to them there is a pulsing prompt saying “hold close to scanner”

I have to assume the signal bar is sending something for a scanner.

If not, it going to be yet another fluster cluck at the gates.

These digital tickets are going to be a sh** show. Get your tickets downloaded as soon as possible. South Carolina is doing the same. Fans downloaded their tickets as they were approaching the gates. Due to poor wifi, tickets weren't downloading. They pushed through the gates.

OK the U of L ticket office did respond to my text. In case any of you have this problem it was because my I-phone setting was on zoom instead of standard. When I switched it to standard the save to wallet button appeared and it was successfully saved. I don't like how tiny the icons on my phone are now but at least problem solved. Hats off to U of L who responded within an hour.

So in settings I checked and my zoom is turned off. But in my wallet I'm not seeing a scan bar. But like Rollem I'm seeing "hold close to scanner". So that better be a new updated scan bar icon?????

There not a bar code on these tickets. The instruction video put out by U of L said they don't have them.

UofL only has my spouse’s email and you know the instructions have been, send it to me. I need to make contact with UofL to add my email. 😁

They have one in the Ticket Master app but when you save them to wallet they don't. Does your bar code have a line that moves across it? I am not sure if those will work at the game or not or if there are two options: 1. Ticketmaster with the barcode and 2. Apple wallet without. I am going to have both teed up just in case.

After I posted this, I went to the site and here is the explanation about the Apple wallet ones. Sounds like both will work: ". Tickets in your mobile wallet will not have or need a visible barcode but will scan with NFC technology, similar to Apple Pay."

Tried saving to my Apple Wallet, but getting the message "Safari cannot download this file." Yes, there is a blue line moving through bar code.

I didn’t buy football tickets but I bought season tickets to the women’s basketball games. I haven’t seen anything regarding the tickets and I thought they wouldn’t come until it was closer to the season should I be looking for them now?

Women's Basketball tickets won't be available until sometime next month per an email I got earlier.
