I like him for his knowledge of the game.I have never heard an ex player that can tell you ahead of the snap what play they are going to run. His accuracy at that is uncanny.

Romo's work last night was as good as it gets and I haven't heard such in-game analysis since the days of Hank Stram.
Never rooted for Romo as a Cowboy quarterback, but what a breath of fresh air he is as a color analyst. I wish he did college games.

Romo's delivery is horrible in my opinion. Wish he'd quit yelling here we go into the microphone before every 3rd down during the game. He's great at predicting plays, and talking about what to audible into against different looks though.
If so, the dude should have played defense or be coaching defense where he could be good or something.
I apologize for bringing it up in the first place: after two dog whistle stories in two days whereas the media totally gets the story wrong, I don't want to add to the idiocy level of our society in any way, shape or form.

Oh I don't know, Romo seems to do a pretty good job I think. ( not a Cowboy fan) Rough around the edges yeah. Anything beats listening to these two back in the day. Got sick of hearing them talk about how great they were when they played.
I liked these two. In my opinion they were a lot better than Romo is.
