This is the bigger story and maybe a non-story. It seems odd if he were dinged, why did he keep the Gold? USA Wrestling would have known, the PSU staff would have known and would have this resolved prior to the college season and certainly the O-Trials.

Here is my completely unbiased opinion on something I know very little about, but I do not think anything comes of this. Brooks will not forfeit is 4th title and he will represent the USA in the Olympics.
